Comprehensive benefits package The role of the SHEQ Manager – Precast Concrete Manufacturing will involve:
· SHEQ Manager position responsible for implementing the highest health, safety, environmental and quality standards across the production of precast concrete systems
· Ensure products consistently meet required specifications, regulatory standards, and customer expectations
· Drive health and safety performance through effective risk management, incident investigation, and implementation of safe working practices
· Plan and oversee internal and external audits, ensuring non-conformances are addressed with robust corrective actions The ideal applicant will be a SHEQ Manager – Precast Concrete Manufacturing with:
· Must have experience in a Health and Safety Manager, SHEQ or equivalent position
· Ideally have experience in the manufacturing industry
· Must have NEBOSH qualification
· Experienced in all areas of Health and Safety maintaining policies, assessing risks, training, audits and inspection, dealing with incidents and reporting
· Knowledge of BS OHSAS 18001 and ISO 45001 standards in a heavy production environment
· CMIOSH accreditation would be highly advantageous
· Excellent relationship management skills
