To support the launch and global roll‑out of the ZEISS Vision Incubator Project, we are seeking a proactive and highly organised Marketing executive. This role will play a pivotal part in supporting the Senior Marketing Manager to bring to life a new brand extension that will help deliver the company’s long‑term growth ambition.

• Artwork process leadership: Lead the end‑to‑end artwork process for key markets, managing timelines, feedback loops, and approvals to ensure seamless delivery. Partner with internal stakeholders and agencies to maintain brand integrity and consistency across the portfolio.
• Creative & asset development: Support the creation of communication assets with global agencies, ensuring delivery of high‑quality, on‑brand materials. Collaborate with adaptation agencies to tailor global assets for local market relevance while maintaining brand integrity. Manage the organisation, delivery, and upkeep of all brand essentials, including toolkits, brand books, and visual guidelines.
• Go‑to‑Market (GTM) support: Support the Senior Marketing Manager in the development and execution of GTM plans for new product launches. Work with local market teams to ensure coordinated, reliable activation that reflects ZEISS commitment to excellence and aligns with the global strategy.
• Brand performance & budget management support: Partner with key markets to ensure consistent brand execution and alignment with ZEISS global strategy. Support performance tracking and reporting, contributing to the development and follow‑up of action plans. Assist in shaping market engagement plans that prioritise innovation and reflect brand objectives. Assist in budget management for the marketing activities for the project.

• Educational background:
  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Marketing expertise: 2–4 years in a marketing role with understanding of marketing principles, strategies and tools.
• Project management:
  Experience managing marketing campaigns from concept to execution, meeting timelines and budgets.
• Communication skills:
  Strong written and verbal communication for creating compelling marketing content and collaborating across teams.

• Digital skills:
  Hands‑on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Analytical skills:
  Foundational knowledge of data analysis and reporting, proficiency in Excel or other data visualization tools.
• Category relevance:
  Familiarity with the healthcare or FMCG industry, understanding of market trends and customer behaviour.
• Multilingual skills:
  Proficiency in additional languages, such as German.
