** hybrid role**, with regular travel (3 days) to our

** digital marketing campaigns**, contribute our
** eCommerce channels**, and support franchisees in driving

** Primary Purpose of the Role
** As our Marketing Specialist – Retail, you will:
* Implement annual
** eCommerce & digital marketing roadmaps**.
* Monitor eCommerce channel performance for
** tyres and SMR (Service, Mechanical, Repair)
** categories, translating insights into actionable strategies.
* Develop and execute
** B2C campaigns
** that drive sales and improve dealer profitability.
* Track and optimize the
** effectiveness of marketing initiatives**, ensuring alignment with business goals.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Lead the implementation of
** digital marketing strategies
** to enhance franchisee satisfaction and drive sales.
* Lead
** media and social media strategy
** and execution for the retail business.
* Support digital transformation, helping franchisees adopt and benefit from innovative tools.
* Deploy targeted
** digital campaigns
** and create engaging content for tyre and auto service promotions.
* Manage
** franchisee digital presence**, including Google My Business, local SEO, and online reviews.
* Analyze campaign performance,
** measure ROI**, and recommend improvements.
* Collaborate with category management to create
** sell-out campaigns
** tailored to franchisee and consumer needs.
* Ensure brand consistency across dealer co-op advertising and support
** PR initiatives
** for local events.
* Organize and manage
** consumer-facing events
** to engage target audiences.
** About You
** To excel in this role, you will have:
*
* Education:

*** Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a commercial discipline (Master’s preferred).
*
* Experience:

*** 3–4 years in
** customer-focused marketing**, with significant
** digital experience**.
* Hands-on experience in
** eCommerce, SEO**, media campaigns, and social programs.
* Automotive sector experience is a plus.
** Skills & Knowledge:
*** Fluent in English and holds a
** valid driving license**.
* Strong
** strategic and analytical skills**, with a holistic business perspective.
* Proficient in
** Microsoft Office**, especially Excel.
* Demonstrable skills in
** digital marketing, eCommerce, SEO, media design, social media and project management**.
* Ability to
** influence cross-functional teams
** and drive results.
* High
** customer sensitivity
** and a focus on delivering measurable impact.
