We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and hands-on Marketing Coordinator to join a successful, international B2B organisation based in impressive central Birmingham offices.
Working as part of a small team, the Marketing Coordinator will support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, contributing to brand awareness, lead generation and product activity.

- Support product launches in line with a global marketing calendar.
- Coordinate marketing events, webinars and trade shows, and assist with post-event reporting and lead follow-up.
- Create and adapt marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, sales decks and point-of-sale materials.
- Manage local social media content, support website updates and ensure accurate product and catalogue information across online platforms.
- Support PR and external communications activity, liaise with agencies and media partners.
- Track campaign performance using CRM systems, assist with competitor research and market analysis, and contribute to reporting on key marketing metrics.
- Handle budget tracking, invoice processing and cost control.
- Degree qualified in Marketing or a related subject (or have equivalent experience).
- Minimum of three years experience in a marketing or agency environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a highly organised approach with ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proactive, self-motivated individual who is comfortable working autonomously as well as collaboratively.
- Experience using Adobe Suite and/or Canva is advantageous.
- Exposure to a B2B environment and some digital marketing experience would be advantageous.
