Marketing Manager

Pitch is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly regarded property, retail and destination brand to appoint a Marketing Manager to join their Birmingham-based team. This role will lead the strategic and tactical development of multi-channel marketing plans across a diverse and high-profile portfolio.

Our client plays a significant role in the ongoing development and regeneration of Birmingham. Their current portfolio includes a range of landmark projects spanning residential, commercial, retail and leisure developments and destinations.

With a strong heritage and a forward-thinking approach, the organisation is known for its collaborative culture, inclusive values and commitment to quality. They are seeking a like-minded individual to lead, shape and drive their marketing activity — that’s where you come in.

• Developing and delivering a strategic, multi-channel marketing plan
• Implementing integrated marketing campaigns across all channels, from events and activations through to social, digital and high-quality creative
• Managing a Marketing Assistant, as well as agency relationships and briefing processes
• Taking a hands-on approach in your specialist areas while selecting agency partners to support in others

This role would suit someone who has worked in a stand-alone marketing position. Experience with in property, placemaking, leisure or destination marketing would be advantageous.

Crucially, you’ll be able to plan and deliver campaign activity, take responsibility for execution in your specialist areas, and confidently manage agency partners.
