We are seeking a highly motivated individual to take ownership of our clients marketing communications strategy and execution. In this pivotal role, you will have the chance to directly contribute to changing lives, providing confidence and trust to customers as they plan their journeys.
The RoleWe are looking for a CRM professional who can not only shape strategy but also write, build and deploy campaigns that genuinely resonate with their customer base. You will be instrumental in enhancing the customer journey, from initial enquiry through to post-travel engagement, utilising automations, segmentation, and personalisation to deliver an exceptional customer experience at scale.
This position offers considerable autonomy, allowing you to think strategically, experiment with innovative ideas, and challenge existing norms to drive real change.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Management:
Plan and execute regular email campaigns, balancing commercial objectives with the provision of genuine value to our subscribers - Lifecycle Automations:
Develop and optimise automated flows, including enquiry nurturing, booking confirmations, and re-engagement sequences, to improve conversion rates - Multi-Channel Strategy:
Collaborate with the wider marketing team to expand the communication channels, including SMS and direct mail, to engage both existing customers and new leads - Pre and Post-Travel Communications:
Create compelling content and automations to ensure their travellers feel supported, informed, and valued throughout their journey - Performance and Insight:
Establish robust reporting mechanisms to monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for continuous optimisation
- 3–5 years of experience in CRM or Email Marketing, with a demonstrable track record of driving measurable performance improvements
- proficiency in marketing CRM tools, including list management, segmentation, and building automation flows
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to articulate messages with empathy and clarity, consistent with our brand tone of voice
- Highly motivated, accountable, and comfortable working autonomously within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
- A university degree (or equivalent qualification)
- Experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite applications) is advantageous but not essential

This role is remote, with occasional travel required to the central office location in Digbeth, Birmingham. You may also travel to London to meet with the COO and Head of Marketing who are based there.
