Job Duties
  • Plan and coordinate student communications throughout the entire student lifecycle.
  • Develop a more strategic and integrated approach to university communications.
  • Manage communication activities across email, digital platforms, and student portals.
  • Create, edit, and quality assure engaging and audience focused communications.
  • Collaborate with departments to improve coordination and reduce communication duplication.
  • Maintain a central communications calendar to support planning and prioritisation.
  • Use feedback, analytics, and insights to improve communication effectiveness.
  • Support communication activities during sensitive or high profile situations.
  • Ensure messaging remains clear, timely, accurate, and aligned with university objectives.
  • Promote best practices for student communications across multiple teams.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience managing complex communications within large organisations is required.
  • Strong track record of delivering multi channel communication strategies successfully.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and content development skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
