The Role:

Trading Manager

We’re looking for a commercially sharp, data‑driven Trading Manager to own and drive Noli’s day‑to‑day and weekly trading performance — turning insight into action action into measurable growth.

You’ll sit at the centre of our commercial engine, collaborating across brand partnerships, marketing, product, and content to ensure our campaigns, digital shelves, and customer journeys are optimised for both performance and profitability.

This is a high‑impact role where you’ll shape how millions of customers discover the best of beauty at Noli.

What You’ll Do Commercial Performance
  • Own weekly/monthly trading performance across categories — sales, conversion, margin, and customer metrics.
  • Identify trading risks & growth opportunities, recommending data‑led actions.
  • Deliver actionable performance readouts to leadership and cross‑functional teams.
  • Partner with analytics to optimise assortment, pricing, and promotions to drive GMV and margin.
Trading Calendar & Campaigns
  • Build and manage the trading calendar across key seasons, launches, and brand activations.
  • Partner with brand, content and marketing to deliver aligned promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure flawless execution of product launches and seasonal moments — maximising visibility & sell‑through.
  • Collaborate with product and content teams on on‑site experience and product placement.
  • Monitor customer journeys and conversion funnels to identify friction points.
  • Own homepage, category page, and PDP trading levers to balance storytelling + performance.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with brand partnerships teams to align trading plans with supplier objectives.
  • Collaborate with growth/CRM to connect on‑site trading with traffic and retention performance.
  • Partner with data & finance on forecasting, budgets, and ROI tracking.
Qualifications
  • 5–7 years in eCommerce trading, digital merchandising, or commercial performance roles (beauty/fashion/lifestyle ideal).
  • Proven ability to deliver sales, conversion, and margin growth through data‑led trading.
  • Strong analytical mindset — able to turn numbers into meaningful action plans.
  • Excellent commercial judgement with a customer‑first approach.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally in fast‑moving digital environments.
  • Passion for beauty, innovation, and the power of AI to transform customer experiences.
  • Shape the commercial engine of one of the UK’s most exciting beauty tech startups.
