Overview
Creative Strategist / Copywriter – E-commerce Social Ads
We're a performance-driven agency obsessed with growing e-commerce brands through social media advertising. No fluff, no micro-management — just results.
What You ll Do- 3+ years in direct-response social media marketing (conversion/sales)
- 3+ years running paid ads on Meta, Google, or Tik Tok — or email campaigns
- Strong grasp of ad psychology, persuasion, and competitor analysis
- Passionate about e-commerce, trends, and rapid creative testing
- Base: £45,000–£50,000 p/a
- OTE:
Up to £50,000–£100,000 (with a monthly bonus) - Creative freedom from day one
- Work across skincare, beauty, telehealth, and more
