Key Responsibilitie

Lead development of win themes and overall bid strategy
Manage complex bids from pre‑bid through to submission
Draft high-quality ITT responses and executive summaries
Coordinate internal reviews, governance, and submission processes
Work closely with senior stakeholders to shape messaging and positioning
Prepare teams for client presentations and interview
Ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across all submission

Key Requirements

Strong strategic thinking with highly persuasive writing abilities
Commercially astute with a clear understanding of competitive positioning
Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts
