We build and scale eCommerce businesses and look for someone who owns the metrics that determine where the money goes. From day one you’ll make actual business decisions — what’s lucrative, what’s working, what to kill, what to scale. Your production is the ceiling.

Eleniak is a venture studio founded by Shahbaz Khokhar. We establish brands through eCommerce and marketing, develop products, take on performance clients, and build proprietary AI and internal systems that allow us to achieve results faster than teams ten times our size.

You’ll work directly with operators who have scaled real brands and revenue:

• $3.7M+ eCommerce brands in 3 months
• $200M+ client revenue at a performance marketing firm
• Proprietary internal AI and creative production technologies used throughout the businesses

We are hiring for the skill to combine commercial judgment with analytical horsepower. If you think in spreadsheets, profit and margin, and want to study performance marketing from experts, this is for you. If you seek step‑by‑step guidance, this is not the right fit.

• Own product‑level P&L: track profitability, CPA, contribution margin, and payback. Focus on what earns money, not what appears busy.
• Live in the dashboards and turn chaotic data into clear calls: scale this, repair that, stop the other.
• Compare software and tools, run systematic tech assessments, and recommend what to buy versus develop.
• Design growth experiments, measure them honestly (attribution, cohorts, cross‑channel), and feed learnings into the next sprint.
• Know performance well enough to systemise it – your job is the logic behind it, most media buying can be automated.

We care about aptitude, not years of experience; most people who succeed here are early in their careers. You could be a recent graduate in a numbers‑heavy subject (economics, maths, finance, engineering, sciences), someone who ran the commercial side of a society or side venture, or a self‑taught operator intrigued by how firms earn money. Your CV is less important than your thinking and work style.

• Good commercial and analytical instincts – P&L, margin, CPA, unit economics
• Real fluency with spreadsheets and converting numbers to judgments
• Ability to evaluate tools objectively and systematise workflows
• Clear writing
• Ownership is high, ego is low, entrepreneurial wiring – an operator, not a passenger

We don’t require prior marketing experience; we will teach you. Nice to have: experience in performance marketing/media buying, a fast/test‑driven environment, a post‑grad background, or the drive to start something yourself.

High accountability, explicit responsibilities, substantial benefit for earned productivity. Well defined sprints, clear briefings, measurable outcomes. No overly micro‑management. AI is embedded in the workflow and used as leverage, not a replacement.
