Voy is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to scale the Testosterone Replacement Therapy category in the UK. You will own the growth strategy, budget, and the team building the acquisition engine, setting the stage for category-defining growth.
You will lead end-to-end creative campaigns, partner with PR and clinical teams to translate medical outcomes into measurable acquisition results, and own the P&L for paid and earned channels to drive sustainable category growth.
