As Marketing Manager, you’ll develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to attract new patients, enhance brand awareness, and improve patient engagement. Your expertise in digital marketing, branding, content creation, and PR will be crucial in positioning Midland Health as a leader in private healthcare.

• Create and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Oversee digital marketing, includingSEO, social media, and email campaigns
• Manage brand communication and develop compelling content
• Drive patient engagement through community events and outreach programs
• Lead advertising campaigns while managing budgets efficiently
• Track KPIs and use data analytics to optimise marketing performance
• Planning and delivering patient events that support brand awareness and lead generation
• Producing regular performance reports and recommendations to improve campaign ROI

• Aproven track recordin healthcare marketing (private sector experience preferred)
• Expertise inSEO, PPC, social media, and digital marketing strategies
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• A data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and ethical marketing practices

• Private Healthcare Marketing: 2 years (required)
