Diaspora Insurance is seeking a Community & CRM Manager in Birmingham for a permanent, office-based role within the Marketing department. You’ll own CRM/PAS journeys, manage email and Whats App campaigns, coordinate influencers, and drive retention and referrals while ensuring compliance and data hygiene.
The role reports to the Head of Marketing and requires 2+ years in CRM or retention marketing, with strong copy and stakeholder coordination. Competitive salary based on experience.
