Woking, Surrey – hybrid, two days per week in the office Salary: £32,000–£37,000 Do you love turning complex B2B ideas into content people genuinely want to read? We’re looking for a creative and commercially aware Organic Social & Content Specialist to join a growing B2B marketing agency. You’ll take ownership of organic social activity for a varied portfolio of clients, primarily across Linked In, while producing compelling content across multiple formats.

From attention-grabbing social posts to thought leadership and SEO content, you’ll help ambitious brands stand out and build meaningful connections with their audiences.

What you’ll be doing Plan and manage organic social activity across multiple B2B client accounts. Create engaging content calendars and platform-specific social copy. Own the entire publishing process, including approvals, scheduling and quality assurance. Analyse performance and turn data into practical recommendations for clients. Write website copy, landing pages, SEO articles and thought-leadership content. Collaborate with industry experts, designers and marketing specialists to bring ideas to life.

What we’re looking for At least two years’ organic social and content experience within a B2B marketing agency. Experience managing multiple clients, including planning, publishing and reporting. An impressive portfolio of B2B social, website and SEO content. Exceptional copywriting, editing, spelling and grammar. Strong knowledge of Linked In, social publishing tools and platform analytics. Creativity, curiosity and the confidence to communicate directly with clients.

Experience with B2B technology, ABM, short-form video, Hub Spot, Semrush or GA4 would be beneficial. This is a fantastic opportunity to own exciting client work, experiment with new ideas and develop your career within an ambitious and collaborative agency.
