Hybrid working: 3 days in office
Channel marketing toolkits for a major global tech brand, a growing focus on Customer Lifecycle Management, and an agency that backs ideas from the team rather than filing them up a hierarchy. The Event Account Manager Channel Marketing role is the kind of gig that builds both strategic depth and a genuinely impressive client portfolio.
- Health cover and enhanced pension
- 25 days holiday plus 4 paid volunteer days
- Promote-from-within culture with personalised career progression
- Discretionary bonus scheme, revenue-linked and paid at the start of the year
- Enhanced maternity and paternity policy
This is a boutique full-service B2B marketing agency with long-standing client relationships across tech and other major sectors. The team is small enough that everyone is a doer, non-hierarchical enough that good ideas land regardless of seniority, and stable enough that people tend to stay. A promote-from-within track record, a company retreat, and a collaborative, family-feel culture are the reasons why.
The RoleThe Event Account Manager Channel Marketing sits within the channel marketing stream, reporting to the Head of Channel, and acts as the day-to-day client liaison and project lead for the delivery of global B2B marketing toolkits, with a growing strategic focus on Customer Lifecycle Management.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of B2B channel marketing toolkits to time and budget
- Act as the primary client contact, providing regular project status updates
- Draft execution guides, one-pagers and sell-in presentations to drive CLM adoption
- Brief copywriters and design studio with clear, detailed direction
- Review and approve creative and content outputs against brand guidelines
- Coordinate global asset localisation with external translation agencies, including QA
- Monitor project risks proactively and implement solutions to keep delivery on track
- Support wider channel-related activity and on-site event attendance as required
The right fit for the Event Account Manager Channel Marketing role is someone who has built solid B2B channel marketing experience in an agency environment and knows how to manage complex, multi-market projects without losing grip on the detail. You will be comfortable owning client relationships, briefing creative teams, handling localisation workflows, and keeping multiple deliverables moving simultaneously, with strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, underpinning the reporting and tracking side of the role.
A background in the tech or telecoms channel is beneficial but not essential, and exposure to Customer Lifecycle Management would be a genuine advantage, though neither is a barrier to a strong application. German language skills are a nice-to-have rather than a requirement. This role also suits an ambitious Senior Account Executive who is ready to step up into the Event Account Manager Channel Marketing position and take on greater client ownership.
In return, you get strategic variety, a client relationship that genuinely builds your credentials, and a culture where career development is backed by a real track record.
