Brand Manager

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Brand Manager to join a global player within food manufacturing. They supply all retailers and food service and are the number one player in what they do.

• Previous experience of brand management/marketing within FMCG – ideally with a top 4 grocer
• Highly organised with strong project management and analytical skills
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Experience working with agencies and cross‑functional teams
• Proven track record of campaign delivery

• Work with the head of category and marketing to lead marketing initiatives aligned with brand strategy and brand engagement.
• Manage PR strategy (engaging trade & consumer content, viral brand activation and influencer campaigns).
• Develop best‑in‑class retail brand activation to drive brand conversion (online & instore).
• Lead CSR agenda for brand, identifying future opportunities to engage with consumers.
• Lead annual brand planning process to research suitable territories and bring market‑leading NPD launch plans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and agencies.
• Travel to Staffordshire office 3 days a week (hybrid working).
