We’re looking for an Affiliate Executive to support the delivery and growth of Tik Tok Shop affiliate programmes for our clients. You’ll be hands‑on across creator recruitment, outreach, product sampling, affiliate relationships, campaign activation and performance tracking.

This isn’t traditional influencer marketing. You’ll think commercially, move quickly and use performance data to understand which creators and content are working, helping the wider team turn successful activity into repeatable growth.

As Affiliate Executive, you’ll be part of our growing Tik Tok Shop offering, working closely with the Affiliate Manager alongside our Shop, influencer, content, strategy and client teams to build affiliate communities that create brilliant content and drive commercial results.

• Support the delivery of Tik Tok Shop affiliate strategies across client accounts, from cold-start launches through to established programmes.
• Help execute affiliate recruitment, activation and retention plans aligned to each client’s commercial objectives.
• Identify potential creators using Tik Tok Shop performance signals, Creator Levels and creator fit rather than relying purely on follower count.
• Support the tracking of programme KPIs across affiliate activation, content volume, GMV, conversion and efficiency.
• Identify products, offers and creator propositions that have the potential to drive affiliate participation and sales.
• Help keep creators engaged and encourage sustained activity rather than one‑off posting.
• Identify and recruit Tik Tok Shop affiliates through direct outreach, Tik Tok’s creator ecosystem and wider affiliate networks.
• Manage day‑to‑day creator outreach and communication, building strong relationships with affiliates across different performance levels.
• Maintain organised affiliate pipelines across multiple clients and campaigns.
• Coordinate product sampling across affiliate campaigns, ensuring products are sent to the right creators efficiently.
• Support decisions around which creators receive products based on creator fit, performance and campaign objectives.
• Track sample-to-content and sample-to-sale performance and identify opportunities to improve sampling efficiency.
• Support the delivery of commission structures, affiliate incentives, competitions and performance tiers.
• Maintain accurate affiliate performance reporting across metrics including active affiliates, creator levels, content volume, GMV, GPM, conversion, commission cost and SKU performance.

• A good understanding of how Tik Tok Shop affiliate works and an interest in what motivates creators to promote products.
• Experience communicating with and building relationships with creators or influencers.
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple creator conversations, campaigns and deadlines.
• Comfortable working with data and using performance insights to inform decisions.
• Strong written communication skills and confidence conducting creator outreach.
• Great relationship‑building skills and the ability to engage and motivate creators.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly when managing creator pipelines, product samples and campaign information.
• A proactive mindset you spot opportunities, ask questions and take action.
• Knowledge of Tik Tok culture, content and commerce.
