Digital Marketing Account Manager

Digital Account Manager West Midlands / Warwickshire | Hybrid, 3 days on-site Full UK driving licence required An established creative and marketing agency is looking for a Digital Account Manager to join its client services team. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong digital agency experience who enjoys a busy, fast-paced environment. You'll manage a varied portfolio of client accounts, take ownership of projects from brief through to delivery and work closely with creative, digital, design and production teams.

Key responsibilities Manage multiple client accounts and digital projects from brief through to delivery. Coordinate fast-turnaround projects across creative, design, digital and production teams. Build strong client relationships, lead meetings and keep stakeholders updated. Manage project timelines, budgets, costs and profitability. Identify opportunities to develop client accounts and support junior team members. What they're looking for Account management experience within a creative, digital, advertising or integrated agency .

Strong digital knowledge across websites, campaigns, social media, CRM/email and mobile . Proven experience managing a high volume of concurrent, fast-turnaround projects . Excellent client management, organisation and commercial awareness. Confident working across multidisciplinary teams and taking ownership in a fast-paced environment. Working pattern Hybrid working with 3 days per week on-site in the West Midlands / Warwickshire . A full UK driving licence is required
