This trustee will help Art Clusiv grow sustainably, strengthen governance, and shape strategy to expand inclusive arts programmes. Their guidance will ensure underrepresented artists are supported, opportunities reach new audiences, and the organisation delivers lasting creative and social impact.

We are looking for a trustee passionate about inclusive arts with experience in governance, strategy, or leadership. Ideally, they bring insight into the arts, nonprofit, or community sectors, strong communication skills, and confidence in decision-making. Lived experience of underrepresented communities is valued, as is experience in fundraising, partnerships, or advocacy to help Art Clusiv grow and deliver lasting impact.

Art Clusiv’s board brings together creatives and community advocates committed to inclusive arts. As we grow, we are strengthening governance, scaling programmes, and expanding our reach. We seek a trustee to help shape strategy, support organisational development, and work closely with the Chair and board. This is a chance to influence how Art Clusiv grows and ensure underrepresented voices remain at the heart of our impact.
