A historic cathedral organization in Birmingham seeks a Visitor Experience and Volunteer Co-ordinator to enhance visitor engagement and manage volunteers. This critical role involves leading the volunteering team, creating welcoming experiences for visitors, and supporting fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in volunteer management and a passion for customer service. This is a 20-month fixed contract offering £25,956 per annum and includes an 8% employer pension contribution.
