The Holy Trinity Benefice is a warm, diverse and welcoming community about four miles east of Birmingham’s city centre. The ideal candidate will be:

  • An inspiring collaborative leader who has good communication and people skills and can nourish and manage a variety of teams and projects
  • Organised, focused, and hospitable to those within and beyond existing congregations and networks and engage well with the challenges and joys of being church in a diverse area
  • Able to see the missional potential of working within largely Muslim neighbourhoods whilst supporting the missional endeavours and aspirations of the existing worshipping communities
  • A person of deep faith who can bring joy, prayer, and a dependency on the Holy Spirit to a unified and diverse community of disciples who long to know Jesus more and shape their lives on him
