Citizens Advice Mid Mercia is looking for a full-time Community Advisor to join our Guidance, Advice, Information and Network (GAIN) Project based in Birmingham.
Community Advisors provide personalised support to disadvantaged and vulnerable adults across Birmingham, helping them improve their health, wellbeing, and independence. Working across the city's four main quadrants, Advisors deliver practical guidance and support through accessible community outreach locations.
The role involves assessing individual needs, developing tailored support plans, and connecting people with relevant local services and resources. By building strong relationships with individuals, community groups, and partner organisations, Community Advisors empower people to overcome challenges, access the support they need, and achieve better outcomes.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives, supporting individuals with multiple and complex needs to lead healthier, more independent futures.
