Position: PRACTICE NURSE URGENT FULL SUPPORT TEAM ££ BENS
Permanent Practice Nurse – Birmingham

Salary:
Up to £35,000 p/a (negotiable depending on experience)

Dream Medical are working with a modern GP practice in Birmingham who are currently looking for a full-time Practice Nurse to start ASAP. This is a permanent, full-time role.

Duties include:

• You will be working as part of a team alongside GPs, nurses and healthcare assistants.

Requirements

• Knowledge or experience of Chronic Disease Management
• The care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems
• Child and adult immunisations
• Cervical Cytology
• Diabetes
• Asthma and COPD monitoring
• Family planning
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Up to date knowledge of QOF and Enhanced Services
• Be fully up to date in terms of clinical updates, immunisations and vaccinations
