West Midlands – Streaming/ Triage Nurse

Dream Medical is currently working with a large and busy Urgent Care Centre (UCC) covering 7 days a week and can offer adhoc and ongoing part/ full time sessions.
We have monthly rotas & can offer suitable shifts to accommodate the days you are free.

Streaming shift patterns are 08:00 - 22:00 in A&E, whilst Triage roles are 24/7 based in the UCC.
Main responsibilities for the role are:
Streaming - Streamlining patients that come into A&E to the appropriate ward ie. Minors, Majors or UCC.
Triage Role will evaluate patients' vital signs and ask questions about their medical history, symptoms, and reasons for visiting the Urgent Care Centre.

• Face to Face Streaming and/or triage experience

• UCC/WIC/A&E

Experience of minimum 1 year

• Minor Illness & Injury experience
