Dental Nurse​/Lead Orthodontic Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Lead Dental Nurse to join a leading orthodontic practice across the North West of England.

• Provide high-quality patient care and support orthodontic specialists in delivering effective treatments.
• Conduct surgery inspections, audits for infection control, medical history checks, and monitor stock levels.
• Lead staff performance reviews, facilitate nurse meetings, and support staff training and development.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and HTM 01-05 standards, manage clinical waste procedures, and support practice operations.
• Assist in training trainee nurses and perform clinical duties as per job requirements.

Qualified Dental Nurse with relevant certifications, strong patient care skills, excellent organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in IT.

This full-time role offers £13.50-£14.50/hour, with benefits including company events, pension, and employee discounts. Work location is in person, with a preference for candidates holding a radiography certificate.
