Night Nurse

This nursing home provides general nursing and dementia care to older adults in a calm and homely setting designed to feel relaxed and comfortable. As a Registered Nurse, you will take responsibility for clinical care across the home, supporting residents’ independence, dignity and choice throughout the night.

• This role requires an active NMC PIN as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
• Applicants must have recent nursing home or older adult care experience.
• You must be confident leading the night shift independently.
• Rate of Pay: £21 per hour

  Full-Time, Night shifts
• Nursing home for older adults

• Ongoing training and professional development
• Onsite parking

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration
• Proven experience as a Staff Nurse in a nursing home
• Confidence working independently on night shifts
• Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills

• Deliver and review person-centred nursing care
• Administer and manage medications safely
• Lead the night shift and oversee care staff
• Monitor residents’ clinical condition and respond to changes
• Maintain accurate care plans and regulatory documentation
• Liaise with on‑call professionals where required
