Permanent Practice Nurse – Birmingham
Job
Dream Medical is working with a modern GP practice in Birmingham who is currently looking for a Full‑time Practice Nurse to start ASAP. The position is permanent and full time.
Up to £35,000 p/a (salary negotiable and dependent on experience).
Responsibilities & Duties- Work as part of a team alongside GPs, nurses and healthcare assistants.
- Knowledge or experience of chronic disease management.
- Provide care for patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems.
- Child and adult immunisations.
- Cervical cytology.
- Diabetes, asthma and COPD monitoring.
- Family planning.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Keep up-to-date with quality outcomes framework (QOF) and enhanced services.
- Maintain up‑to‑date clinical updates, immunisations and vaccinations.
