Clinical Homecare Nurse - Torbay

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated NMC registered nurse in the Torbay area to join our healthcare team.

• Provide direct patient care and administer medications (S/C, IM, or IV) as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to patient needs in a timely and safe manner.
• Support patients and their families to understand treatments and care plans.
• Work across diverse settings including clinics, patients' homes, schools, and residential accommodations.
• Assist elderly, disabled, or vulnerable patients to manage treatments independently and conveniently.

• Current NMC registration.
• Experience administering S/C, IM, or IV medications.
• SACT experience.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Ability to work autonomously.

• Salary £35,000–£38,000.
