Compensation and Benefits

Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) Contract
£20.80 per hour
Contracted to 40.25 hours per week
Day shift

  • Paid NMC registration
  • Paid DBS, pension, and uniform provided
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)

Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a central role in delivering high‑quality, clinically led care within a specialist complex care setting, supporting individuals with a range of complex physical and mental health needs and long‑term conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication, and monitor changes in physical and mental health.
  • Lead shifts, support and guide the care team, make informed clinical decisions, and respond promptly to changing needs, ensuring safe, effective, and person‑centred care at all times.
  • Work closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, using clinical judgement to maintain high standards, ensure accurate documentation, and contribute to a well‑organised, structured and supportive environment where dignity, independence and wellbeing are always prioritised.
What We Are Looking For
  • Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
  • Strong clinical judgement and decision‑making skills.
  • Confidence leading shifts and supporting a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in complex care or mental health is beneficial; however we welcome nurses from a range of backgrounds who are keen to develop within this environment.
