Responsibilities- Develop and oversee care plans for renal patients.
- Ensure clinical activities are meticulously documented.
- Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems.
- Review pre‑ and post‑hemodialysis care with patients.
- Collaborate within a multi‑disciplinary team.
- NMC Registered General Nurse.
- Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a multi‑disciplinary team.
- Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
- Part‑time position (34.5 hours per week).
- Starting salary up to £35,944 pro‑rata based on dialysis experience.
- Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full‑time hours.
