Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) Contract £20.80 per hour
Contracted to 40.25 hours per week
Day shift
Paid NMC registration
Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided
5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
Ongoing training, clinical updates and funded development, with clear and supported progression into Senior, Clinical Lead and Management roles, within a well led, professional environment where your skills are recognised and developed.
Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a central role in delivering high quality, clinically led care within a specialist complex care setting, supporting individuals with a range of dementia, mental health conditions and complex needs.
You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication and monitor changes in physical and mental health. Leading shifts, you will support and guide the care team, make informed clinical decisions and respond promptly to changing needs, ensuring safe, effective and person centred care at all times.
Working closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals, you will use your clinical judgement to maintain high standards, ensure accurate documentation and contribute to a well organised, structured and supportive environment where dignity, independence and wellbeing are always prioritised.
This role is suited to an experienced nurse who is confident working independently, leading a team and managing complex clinical needs within a specialist care environment.
What We Are Looking For Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
A minimum of 2 years post registration nursing experience is essential
Strong clinical judgement and decision making skills
Confidence leading shifts and supporting a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in complex care, dementia or mental health is beneficial
A professional, compassionate and proactive approach to care
