CHC Nurse Assessor; Band 6 | NHS

We are currently working with one of our NHS clients in the Birmingham and Solihull area who is seeking an experienced CHC Nurse Assessor (Band
6) to join their team on an initial contract basis.

This is a patient‑facing role involving face‑to‑face assessments, with flexibility to complete report writing either from home or from the office. The position offers a hybrid working model while maintaining strong patient engagement.

• Role: CHC Nurse Assessor
• Band: Band 6 (uplifted in line with Band 8b rate offering)
• Location: Birmingham & Solihull (Hybrid working)
• Contract Length: Initial 3 months
• Working Style:
  • Face‑to‑face patient assessments required
  • Write‑ups can be completed remotely or in-office
• IR35 Status: Inside IR35
• Rate: £33.89 per hour
