Mental Health Nurse Day shifts

About The Role

Firstpoint Healthcare is recruiting Mental Health Nurses to work with the NHS in Birmingham.

The trust provides a range of services including acute admissions, detox treatment facilities, dementia wards, and mental health wards.

Your role will include supporting patients with mental health conditions such as depression, eating disorders, self‑harm, anxiety, multiple personality disorder, and PTSD.

We offer priority access to all RMN shifts across the area, allowing us to support your availability. Whether you need one extra shift a week or several, we can work completely around you.

We offer an hourly rate of up to £32 per hour, based on shift pattern and whether you are PAYE or Umbrella, with weekly payroll on Fridays.

• Referral scheme – earn £250 per Registered Adult Nurse referred to Firstpoint (they also receive £75). (Referral bonus available after 80 hours in the first 8 weeks.)

Applicants must have at least 6 months of nursing experience in the last 2 years and be PMVA or MAPA trained. Applicants without relevant experience will not be considered for the role.
