Responsibilities
Deliver high quality, holistic, compassionate patient and client care as part of the nursing team under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
Work independently in patients’ homes and clinic settings, planning and evaluating care with support from Registered Nurses.
Make independent clinical decisions, bridging the role between Health Care Assistants and Registered Nurses in a fast‑paced, unpredictable service.
Support the development of newly qualified Nurse Associates through induction and ongoing career progression opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements- Completed Nurse Associate qualification.
- On the NMC register or due to qualify within the next 2 months.
- Full driving licence with access to a car for work.
- Ability to drive and travel across the west locality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across a multi‑professional team.
The service operates from 8 am to 6 pm, seven days a week.
