Registered Nurse (RN) – Care Home, Birmingham

Salary: £20.55 per hour Hours: Full-time or Part-time Location: Birmingham Job Type: Permanent

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established care home in Birmingham, seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment, delivering high-quality clinical care to residents.

• Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care to residents
• Carry out clinical assessments, care planning, and reviews
• Administer medications in line with NMC guidelines and home policies
• Supervise and support care assistants and junior staff
• Liaise with GPs, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
• Respond to emergencies and escalation concerns appropriately
• Promote residents' dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times

• Current NMC registration (RGN/RMN) with no restrictions
• Previous experience in a care home, nursing home, or similar clinical setting (preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality elderly or specialist care
• Right to work in the UK
