Person specification Qualifications Essential criteria- Registered General Nurse with active NMC registration
- Critical Care Course
- GCSE Grade 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent in Maths and English Language
- Ability to work/study at Master's level
- ALS provider
- Physical/Health Assessment
- Independent Non-Medical Prescriber
- Proven post registration experience within a Critical Care setting at Band 6 Level or above (or equivalent)
- Proven experience of working within a Critical Care Outreach or equivalent service
- Experience of autonomous decision making
- Evidence of extensive professional/clinical knowledge in Critical Care supplemented by specialist clinical training and CPD
- Proven experience of management of deteriorating patients and acutely unwell patients
- Knowledge of role and responsibilities of the post
- Experience of leadership, management, and service development
