and a genuinely supportive team structure. The practice is set up to help vets deliver consistent, high-quality care with
strong nurse-to-vet support
and the backing to develop clinically over the long term (including certificate support).

• Deliver
  high-quality first-opinion consultations
  , building clear diagnostic and treatment plans.
• Perform routine and more involved
  soft tissue procedures
  as appropriate for the caseload.
• Use practice diagnostics to support evidence-based decision-making (e.g., lab work, imaging where indicated).
• Work closely with the nursing team to ensure
  safe, efficient patient flow
  , strong inpatient care, and effective post-op plans.
• Maintain clinical standards aligned with
  RCVS expectations
  , including patient safety, analgesia, and clear clinical records.

• Salary package up to £85,000 DOE
• 4 or 5-day working week
• 1 Saturday in 4with

• RCVS registration
  (or eligibility to register) and confidence delivering safe first-opinion care.
• Ability to run
  structured consultations
  and progress cases from presentation to plan.
• Competence in
  routine procedures
  and a willingness to build surgical confidence over time (with support available).
• Clear communication that supports
  informed consent
  and good client outcomes.
• Team-based working alongside RVNs to deliver consistent patient care and smooth clinical days.
