Position: Gardeners – Grounds Maintenance Operatives
Salary: £24,897 per annum
Location: Birmingham
You must be able to drive a manual company vehicle as part of your role.
Key Responsibilities- Grass cutting
- Removal and disposal of green waste
- Hedge and bush reduction and shaping
- Strimming
- Weed management
- Shrub maintenance, pruning and planting
- Litter picking
- Maintenance of hard standing areas
- PA1 & PA6 spraying licence
- Banksman training
- Licence to drive a trailer
You’ll work as part of a team to deliver grounds maintenance using equipment such as ride‑on mowers, pedestrian mowers, hedge cutters, strimmers, and blowers. Each estate has a set plan to help ensure high standards across all areas.
