Located in the North of Worcestershire, this small, friendly practice is dedicated to small animals. As an RCVS PSS registered practice, it prides itself on fostering a supportive and enjoyable work environment where every team member plays a vital role.

An exciting role awaits an experienced Veterinary Surgeon who thrives in a varied setting and is eager to contribute to a warm, collaborative team atmosphere. This permanent position offers a flexible schedule of 30-37 hours per week, typically spread over 3 or 4 days, with a 1:4 Saturday rota from 9am to 2pm. There are no out-of-hours or bank holiday commitments, allowing for a balanced work‑life dynamic.

The salary is competitive, up to £60,000 FTE, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will join a close-knit team of 4 FTE Vets, 6 RVNs, 4 Receptionists, and 1 Practice Manager. The practice promotes a collaborative approach across all areas, ensuring a cohesive and positive working environment.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • RCVS registration is essential
  • Experienced and confident in general practice
  • Friendly, supportive, team‑focused
  • Comfortable with a balance of consults, surgery, and occasional sole charge
