A veterinary practice is seeking aLead Veterinarian to provide clinical leadership while delivering exceptional patient care. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical leadership while maintaining a high standard of veterinary care.
Perform comprehensive physical examinations diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Mentor and support veterinarians technicians and support staff through coaching training and professional development.
Promote a positive collaborative workplace culture focused on teamwork communication and continuous improvement.
Establish and uphold medical protocols quality standards and best practices.
Collaborate with hospital leadership to optimize workflows operational performance and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records while ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
Participate in recruiting onboarding and developing veterinary team members.
Maintain an active clinical caseload while balancing leadership responsibilities.
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
Active or eligible veterinary license in the state of practice.
Previous clinical experience required.
Leadership mentorship or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong clinical leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
