• Provide clinical leadership while maintaining a high standard of veterinary care.

• Perform comprehensive physical examinations diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Mentor and support veterinarians technicians and support staff through coaching training and professional development.

• Promote a positive collaborative workplace culture focused on teamwork communication and continuous improvement.

• Establish and uphold medical protocols quality standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with hospital leadership to optimize workflows operational performance and client satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records while ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards.

• Participate in recruiting onboarding and developing veterinary team members.

• Maintain an active clinical caseload while balancing leadership responsibilities.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.

• Active or eligible veterinary license in the state of practice.

• Previous clinical experience required.

• Leadership mentorship or supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong clinical leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
