Job Title: Safety, Health, Environment Advisor

Location:Birmingham

Salary: Up to £45 - £50,000 depending on experience and qualifications

You'll be championing Health & Safety across a large, semi‑automated warehouse, conducting and managing risk assessments, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing practical solutions

You will also design and roll‑out new procedures that elevate safety and drive continuous improvement

You'll deliver engaging training sessions and support a strong safety culture through hands‑on involvement and proactive communication

About you

• Proven experience in Health & Safety within warehousing, logistics, or other fast‑paced operational environments
• A practical, hands‑on approach to safety and compliance
• Confidence in influencing change and communicating effectively across teams
• NEBOSH Certificate (ideal if you have completed or are currently studying a Level 6 Diploma, but not essential)
• A genuine passion for safety and a desire to elevate standards across the board
