Are you an experienced Asbestos Supervisor looking to join a growing and supportive business? We're looking for a motivated professional to oversee licensed and non-licensed asbestos removal projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest industry standards.

As an Asbestos Supervisor, you'll lead site teams, ensure compliance with asbestos regulations and health & safety legislation, and maintain excellent standards of workmanship on every project.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise licensed and non-licensed asbestos removal works.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with current legislation.
- Promote and maintain the highest standards of health, safety and compliance on site.
- Support the preparation of Risk Assessments, Method Statements and safe systems of work.
- Ensure all asbestos and health & safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
- Build positive working relationships with clients, contractors and residents.
- Complete all required site documentation accurately and on time.
- Maintain daily records including timesheets, respirator checks and health records.
- Lead, support and monitor site teams, identifying training needs and providing regular feedback to management.
- Record site issues and operational information using company reporting systems.
- At least 1 years experience working as an Asbestos Supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of asbestos regulations and health & safety legislation.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Good written and IT skills, including confidence using tablets or PCs.
- Salary of £48,100 per annum.
