• Perform quality assurance on incoming goods for components and assemblies
• Initial sample inspection and series inspection of incoming goods based on defined test plans
• Evaluation of material certificates, test certificates and material characteristics with regard to normative and specification-related requirements
• Carry out and document tests using suitable measuring and testing equipment (2D and 3D measurements)
• Apply non‑destructive and destructive test methods in accordance with specifications and test plans
• Record, evaluate and document test results in SAP, as well as create and process Q reports
• Carry out external inspections of weapon and ammunition components at suppliers in the UK and abroad

• Completed vocational training in engineering, quality or equivalent
• Confident knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings, in particular form and position tolerances
• Experience in handling measuring and testing equipment, including 2D and 3D measurement technology
• Knowledge of quality assurance, ideally in goods receipt
• Application experience in destructive and non‑destructive testing methods is an advantage
• Confident use of IT systems, in particular MS Excel, MS Word and SAP
