- Proven experience in quality assurance and continuous improvement methodologies, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Extensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks and quality standards relevant to the industry.
- Exceptional leadership and mentorship abilities to guide and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in developing training programs and conducting workshops on quality assurance.
