Venn Group is working with a Local Authority in the South West seeking a Head of Service - Quality Assurance & Review to enhance service quality in Children’s Services. This critical role involves leading the strategic development of quality assurance, performance improvement, and workforce development.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate significant leadership experience, manage quality assurance frameworks, drive safeguarding excellence, and ensure compliance with standards.
Full-time position with a duration of 4.5 months; site presence required 2-3 days per week.
