As a Food Safety Consultant at Quality Guard, you help customers in the UK get started with our digital food safety platform. You guide them through HACCP, allergen management, labelling, traceability and daily compliance in a practical, customer-friendly way.

Quality Guard is a fast-growing SaaS company, active in 7 countries and trusted by almost 9,000 customers. Our UK customer base includes renowned food businesses such as The Ginger Pig, Mayo Brothers and Eric Lyons
, who use Quality Guard to manage food safety, allergens, labelling and traceability in one easy-to-use platform. As we continue to grow in the UK, we're looking for talented people to join our journey.

• Onboard and train new customers
• Advise food businesses on HACCP, allergens, labelling and compliance
• Give demos and support during implementation
• Translate food safety rules into practical workflows
• Work closely with sales, customer success and product
• Help grow Quality Guard in the UK market

• You have a background in food safety, food science, nutrition or quality
• You understand HACCP and food legislation
• You communicate clearly and enjoy helping customers
• You are proactive, structured and hands-on
• You speak and write fluent English
Experience in food production, retail, catering or consultancy is a plus
