ZEISS Vision Care UK in Birmingham seeks a Quality Analyst to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction by resolving order-related quality issues and identifying root causes. You will analyse non-conformances, customer complaints, and deviations to reduce waste and improve FPY.
You will work with Operations and ZEISS Vision teams to implement corrective actions, perform audits, and support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining 5S and safety standards.
