This is a hands-on senior role for someone who loves building robust test automation, embedding quality into modern delivery pipelines, and coaching others to raise the bar. You’ll work across a variety of technology stacks, environments, and delivery models, with the opportunity to influence how quality is done across TXP.What you’ll be doingYou’ll work as part of agile, cross-functional teams (typically 4–8 engineers), delivering high-quality solutions through short, iterative release cycles.

Your focus will be on quality engineering, not just testing.
