Umbrella Rate: A GBP 33.98/ hr (Inside IR35)

In this CMM Skilled Associate role, every day brings meaningful work, from first:off inspections to final checks that protect customer quality.

• :
  Operate and programme Zeiss GOM Scanbox equipment to carry out dimensional inspection of components and assemblies.
• :
  Operate and programme Coordinate Measuring Machines ( CMMs ), ensuring inspections are completed accurately and to specification.
• :
  Carry out first article inspections, in:process inspections, and final inspections in line with quality requirements.
• :
  Produce, analyse, and communicate dimensional inspection reports using relevant metrology software such as Zeiss Calypso and related tools.
• :
  Interpret engineering drawings, GD and T, specifications, and customer requirements to support confident measurement decisions.
• :
  Maintain inspection equipment and complete inspection records and documentation in accordance with quality system procedures.

• :
  Experience programming GOM Scanbox equipment, or a comparable scanning inspection environment (essential).
• :
  Experience programming Zeiss Calypso and working with CMM or scanning inspection processes.
• :
  Strong knowledge of interpreting engineering drawings and GD and T to support accurate dimensional evaluation.
• :
  Confidence using metrology software to analyse results and generate clear inspection reporting.
• :
  Relevant training or qualifications, such as NVQ Level 3 or an indentured/time:served apprenticeship within a relevant field.
